Jan Di graduated from Boston College Law School, where she served as a staff writer of the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum Journal and the treasurer of Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Jan Di was a student attorney in the Immigration Clinic and the Community Enterprise Clinic, representing individuals and nonprofit organizations. Prior to law school, she was a paralegal at an immigration law firm in South Korea focusing on US nonimmigrant and immigrant visas.
