Jan Di Lee

Jan Di Lee is an associate at Beck Reed Riden LLP. Jan Di represents corporate and individual clients on various matters, including enforcement of noncompetition, nondisclosure, and nonsolicitation agreements. She also advises clients on disputes concerning trade secret misappropriation, unfair competition, breach of contract, and breach of fiduciary duties.

Prior to joining the firm, Jan Di Lee worked as a legal intern at Greater Boston Legal Services, where she assisted attorneys in consumer rights litigation cases.

Jan Di graduated from Boston College Law School, where she served as a staff writer of the Intellectual Property and Technology Forum Journal and the treasurer of Asian Pacific American Law Students Association. Jan Di was a student attorney in the Immigration Clinic and the Community Enterprise Clinic, representing individuals and nonprofit organizations. Prior to law school, she was a paralegal at an immigration law firm in South Korea focusing on US nonimmigrant and immigrant visas.

Jan Di is fluent in Korean.
