Kyle graduated from Boston University School of Law in 2019. Kyle participated in his law school’s corporate counsel externship program, where he worked with Vapotherm, a growing medical device company, on regulatory and litigation matters. Kyle also was a member of Boston University’s Intellectual Property Society and participated in Moot Court.
As a law clerk with Sick Inc., Kyle worked closely with in-house counsel in the negotiation and review of commercial contracts and non-disclosure agreements. He also presented to Sick’s board of directors on how to properly protect the data produced by Sick’s products.
Kyle has a bachelor’s degree in Biology from the University of Massachusetts Amherst, where he was a four-year varsity swimmer. At Umass, he was actively involved with Family Outreach of Amherst, an organization dedicated to helping struggling local families.
On January 9, 2020, Kyle was a panelist at the Boston Bar Association at a presentation titled E-Discovery Basics: Who, What, Where, When, WHY!
Kyle co-authored an article titled “A Conversation that Every Employer Should Have with Its eDiscovery Vendor.”
