Will focuses on business litigation. Will handles litigation involving all types of commercial disputes, as well as client responses to government investigations and enforcement actions. He frequently appears in state and federal courts, as well as various government and industry forums, including the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority (FINRA).
Will has represented companies, institutions, executives, managers and licensed professionals from many different industries. For example, Will has represented 
clients in the following industries, among others:
- Investment banking
- Securities trading
- Insurance
- Health care
- Defense contracting
Prior to joining Beck Reed Riden LLP, in 2013, Will practiced in New York at Shearman & Sterling LLP and in Boston at Collora LLP, representing clients in connection with Department of Justice, SEC, FINRA and state Attorney General investigations, as well as commercial litigation.
